Initially belonging to the Bills, they instead decide to deal this pick to the St Louis Rams. The Rams have the ammo thanks to the RG3 deal a year ago, and now they use some of it to add the dynamic Austin to the WR needy Rams. I mentioned in a post a little more than an hour ago why I was concerned about Austin, but if the Rams really believe in this kid, I think they had to do this. As with Ansah and Mingo, this pick comes with a considerable amount of risk. He can be electric, but let the buyer beware.
